The Yoga & Wellness Club is a modest yet meaningful initiative that supports students’ physical and mental well-being. In collaboration with the NSS Unit and the Buddy Counseling Cell, the club organizes yoga and mindfulness sessions that help students cope with stress and encourage a balanced lifestyle.
Vision:
To build a campus culture that values inner peace, emotional resilience, and physical health by making wellness practices an integral part of student life. The club envisions a student community that is not only academically strong but also mindful, balanced, and well-equipped to face life’s challenges with clarity and composure.
Mission:
To promote mental and physical well-being through regular and inclusive wellness activities such as yoga, meditation, and relaxation techniques. By working together with campus support systems like the NSS Unit and the Buddy Counseling Cell, the club aims to provide accessible, stress-relieving practices that contribute to the overall development of students in a supportive and non-competitive environment.
